[Plugin: Facebook Like Box Widget] Error – Page at XYZ Could not be Reached

The widget installs and displays perfectly. Thanks for the great pluging. When I click “Like”, it throws an error: “The page at https://www.facebook.com/pages/myfanpagename could not be reached”. I’m actually having this same problem trying to put a like box (using code from the fb like box creator) on the welcome tab (iframe) on my fanpage. There was a rash of bug reports about this about a year ago. Or maybe I’m just doing something dumb. Any ideas? Thanks.
