[Plugin: Facebook] Like count doesn't work OK with hash # links

There is a problem with the Like button count when you use # in your page urls.
For example:
https://yourdomain.com/blogpost1.php – shows 30 “likes”
but
https://yourdomain.com/blogpost1.php#comment1 – will show 0 “likes”
