[Plugin: Facebook] No option to authenticate with FB

Didn’t get any option to authenticate with FB. Despite removing other plugins etc…
Open graph couldn’t be setup due to the above.
Settings kept reverting themselves to things I had not selected (for example, the one thing that did work well – the “like” button, showed faces, even though this setting was unchecked) and it refused to hold the setting to post to the Facebook page for my site.
Comment tool did not import existing comments (not sure if this is a feature, but then I just assumed it would be – why would you lose your existing comments to instead use the blocky FB comment functionality).
Etc etc.
Deactivated and uninstalled. Shame – it had such potential… but you know what Dylan Moran says about potential….
