[Plugin: Facebook] Only Appears on Home Page – Nowhere Else

Whether I check or uncheck the boxes to “show on homepage” the only place any of the tools appear is on the homepage itself. Except for the comments box which just doesn’t appear anywhere.
I use Catalyst framework and my site does not use the default blog page, but another page for my homepage in case that makes a difference.

I’m happy to help debug this, but I don’t want to leave everything on my homepage so I am reverting to only showing the recommendation box.
