[Plugin: Facebook Page Publish] Facebook updated the App creation process

After app creation go to advanced settings.
In Migrations section choose deprecate offline_access: Disabled

The instructions and video still need to be updated to reflect the new app process on fb.
I ended up changing two lines of code in the plugin to not call the offline access since it’s depreciated. ??
