[Plugin: Facebook Page Publish] posts not formatting correctly, no photo, no title, just link

I just set this plugin up, and when it publishes a post, the format is not what I set up in the settings.

It posts as:
permalink
domain

No photo or anything, although all of the posts have images in the content and featured images. They also have titles.

So, what is happening?
