[Plugin: Facebook Page Publish] Posts vanish and 404!

  • Have a fairly vanilla wordpress site running Thesis 1.5.1 and a highly customized stylesheet.

    Discovered FbPP and installed it. Upon completion of the install, activation, and setup (inputting AppID, connecting it, selecting where to publish, setting which category to use…), I return to the public face of the site to discover the “Oops there’s nothing here” message, instead of all the posted content! Visited a post-URL directly to discover a 404 Not Found error.

    I returned to the admin area and immediately went to Posts – found all posts in tact and preserved, and all still with the ‘Published’ status.

    Deactivated FbPP plugin and refreshed the homepage – everything back to normal.

    Has anyone seen this bug before? Know of a fix? This blog is still running WP 3.0…need to upgrade PHP version before can upgrade WP to 3.2.1, and that’s somewhat involved so I would prefer a solution that didn’t involve that…
