[Plugin: Facebook] Publish to fan page disabled

I can see a few people are having the same problem with the publish to fan page being disabled, has there been any development on this isssue as I have been patiently waiting. Or have I missed the solution/ fix.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled twice with no luck.
The 1st time I installed it it worked, but when logging back in a few days later, boom disabled.
After all the other plugin attempts I thought we were going to be on to a winner.
I’m still holding out for you guys to come up with the goods.
