[Plugin: Facebook] Publish to fan page setting Disabled

is it possible to change the design?

when I publish from WP to FB, the information is splitted into two frames. the left frame includes the WP-logo and the right one the article which I wanted to publish.

question: is it possible to publish without the logo? I find it disturbing [ Facebook URL removed ].

Any help is appreciated.

Oke, but this is a update of thr origenal. Gives me still the error “posting to fanpage” To the main page it is going good, but not to the fanpage.Timeline

was with me the same. Then I removed everything and started from scratch. funny thing: it is now working.

Where you from “germany or Holland??” . I removed also every thing even the apps and started from the beginning. But NO result.

This plugin is nominally working, but not very useful as a productivity tool, as compared to manually posting stories to a facebook page (aka “fanpage”)

It seems in the current iteration, a facebook page administrator must be logged into facebook on the same device used to administer a WordPress site, then the plugin must be reconnected with that facebook account and facebook page any time the facebook user logs out.

I previously contributed to a blog that automatically fed WordPress posts to a facebook page on which I was not an administrator, and for which I did not have to configure either wordpress or facebook. I.E. it was a user-agnositic connection between a word-press installation and a facebook page. I’m not sure how that WordPress administrator made that happen, but it was apparently not with this plugin. Perhaps they used the now deprecated RSS-to-facebook page feature?

I use this plugin for a newspaper. Befor with the 1.0.2 it whas working good. After the updat to 1.0.3 it whas still working good. On a Saterday I finnsihd me work. On monday by the first news-item it went wrong. Facebook whas changing something. Now I put on the latest fix and working till this afternoon good without the error “Type”and ?xeption”. They whas still there, I deactivated the plugin uninstall it After resart I activad the same plugin after a fresh upload. It working 2 time then this came: Failed posting to Knipsel Krant Curacao’s Timeline. Error: {“message”:null,”type”:null}

Looking on the timeline the post whas there.
What this error means???
I am always logged in on facebook.

We’re experiencing this issue as well. Just uploaded the 1.0.3 test version and waiting to see results. Re-published latest post and was successfully posted to FB page timeline regardless of an odd error message, but don’t have high hopes. Will check back in a day.

If I got it I can fast see what it do.

Check if you are properly ‘allowing’ the app. I had the setting on [Disabled] but then I just allowed Facebook to connect and was able to select from the drop down list the Facebook Page I wanted to post to.

Just wanted to say that I have the same issue and it’s not fixed with version 1.0.3. Every time the “Publish to fan page” drop down gets back to “Disabled”. For me this is an improvement from 1.0.2. where besides going to “Disabled” it was also removing all the fan pages I had. Another thing is that on my site the wp-admin area is served from another domain than the main site.

Was testing out the plugin. Went for lunch, when I came back the settings page had changed from a fan page to Disabled. Now I can’t change it…
