[Plugin: FaceBook Share (New) is not copying the description of the post

Hello,

I am using FaceBook Share (New) plugin as my share button. However, if you go to my site (https://www.kelvinmedina.com) and click on the Facebook Share Button you are going to see that for some reason the description of the article is not being copied. Also, the counter not appear even when that option is enabled.

Any suggestions? I had tried many, many, many plugins but same results.
