[Plugin: Facebook Tab Manager] No more profile app pages.. How do you add tab to your page???

When you create a new app, they no longer create a profile page to go with it. So you cant just “add to page” as easy as before

Took em an hour to figure out the new way to do it, but still doesn’t seem easy as I kind of got lucky.
Had to use a link that looks like this:
which includes APP_ID and a redirect_uro\i which took me forever to figure out.
Anyway you can simplify how to get this new URL to point to this with a new update to the facebook tab manager plugin?
