Plugin fails with “Page Links To” Plugin

When I have the plug-in “Page Links To” ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/page-links-to/ ) enabled, Elementor fails and asks me to go into safe mode. I have not found any substitute for “Page Links To” and it seems to be an old and well established plugin for this purpose. Is this the right way to report this issue for fixing?
