Plugin Failure

FYI. Rec’d. 3-5 (approx.) routine plugin updates from Envira. ALL FAILED.
Error message (across all my sites -8- so it’s their issue):
An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
Tried to send support ticked, and did log in twice:

Sorry. You must be logged in to view this form.This is second annoyance recently. Few months ago, one of the “pagination” add-on updates crashed a commerce site. They admitted an issue, took almost a month to release fix.
I have since begun to suspect the recent change in ownership may be a “repeat” of what once happened to one of the best gallery (NextGen) and how it fell to pieces.
Cannot update, nor contact their support… waiting. I tried old email to company but waiting to see if it is rec’d.
