    Congratulations for this plugin! Very helpful but… Can you please add the (mandatory) fields “City & Country”? Many of your bands are from other countries. I have already requested this change in your site long time ago but was told I had to wait. USA is not the only country in the world, you know? ??

    We all are paying for a service, and it cannot take you that much to update the plugin and update your web fill-out form to add 2 simple fields (city & country) and have the possibility to set them to “Mandatory”.

    It is crucial for bands who tour internationally. I am sure american bands also have fans abroad.
