[Plugin: FancyBox for WordPress] Youtube and Vimeo support

Hi.
I am using https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/fancybox-for-wordpress/
Now I’d like to display Youtube or Vimeo clips with fancybox as shown here https://fancybox.net/blog (Tip #4)
However, I can’t figure out how exactly this is supposed to work with the fancybox for wordpress plugin.
Alternatively I have tried this proposal https://webdesignandsuch.com/fancybox-youtube-videos/
But it does not seem to integrate with the wordpress plugin.
Any pointers?
