I had a typo in the code that was looking in the wrong folder for the JS files and icons. Just pushed out an update to fix. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

I did the update but it hasn;t fixed it – I may have the settings incorrect? I have these boxes checked: Paginate shortcode output, Include jQuery collapse / expand and Load default CSS and still just have the short code set to [faq limit=”-1″]

FYI: just realized I committed the wrong file. v 1.23 has the fix

as for the other part, you shouldn’t combine pagination AND the limit of -1. Pagination infers that you will have more than one ‘block’ of posts. I did test the -1, however, and it did show all FAQ on my development end.

    Hello,

On my site the FAQ also don’t collapse/expand.
In the setting i only checked “Jquery collapse”.
I use [faq faq_topic=”assessment] on the page and i made sure that the category is spelled correct.

I even made a page with only [faq], so it took all, but the faq’s don’t collapse.

    the site is:
    https://www.libertijn.com/main/?page_id=81

    I hope you can help!

@mabon you are not calling wp_head and wp_footer in your theme, so no jquery loads.

    It works..
    never knew they where needed..

    Thnx!!

ok I have [faq] on the page as the shortcode, and only have Include jQuery collapse / expand and Load default CSS checked in faq settings. should it then collapse? it is not collapsing and expanding. what settings should I have set in order to get the collapse and exapand feature to work?

sorry – I did the newest update and the expand/collapse works! thank you!

@mabon wp_head and wp_footer are needed for A LOT of things. I would argue that most plugins wouldn’t work without it.

This is my second attempt at a WordPress site, so i still learn a lot.
But the plugins i had (not many) worked as far as i know. So this was the first time i saw that it didn’t work.

    Thanx again. ??

@lovebuz make sure to re-save your settings. I do not see the jQuery loading in your theme.

I have chosen that option in the check box, but it does not work anyway. I’m confused.
