  • For me, this fixed the problem:
in the iNIC FAQ -> Settings, scroll to the bottom to the “Custom JS” field. Change all instances of “$” with “jQuery”.

Yes, this worked for me also! Whoo hoo! Thanks.

I also have the same issues. The $ to jQuery fixed the first group but all subsequent groups do not appear in an accordion.

Seems like the developer doesn’t respond here? Has anyone managed to fix this?

Hey has anyone had success with this plugin? interested in using it but no luck even after applying both edits mentioned above! I notice balticsamurai has managed to get it to work on his site! I post the

    [iNICfaq id=1 searchbox=1 askbox=1]

kingcundy, I havent invented anything new. Just used suggestions mentioned here. The problem is - on the other site with different Theme it didnt help. So, I assume it depends on a theme. It`s really a pity because other than that it seems like a beginning of a very decent and useful plugin.

balticsamurai, yea guess it wont work with my theme then! ?? trying something else at the moment! but like you said it is a shame! Thanks for quick reply by the way!

I’m using the Genesis framework and @cvc1968’s fix (replace $ with jQuery) worked for my situation.

BINGO trishahdee. Thank you so much. $>>jQuery did it – and I’m using OptimizePress theme.

Thank you for your assistance. ~Barry

    Hi,
For some reason, I am not able to change the order of FAQ’s any more. I’m not sure if this is due to a recent update or if it is due to a conflict with another plugin.

    Please help. Thanks!

    Craig
