I am having the same issue. I can get the test emails to work but no matter what combination of options and email addresses I add, I can not get to the point where I receive emails from the form…

Perform the E-mail test feature in options. What are the results that are displayed?

When I perform the email test, I get an email that says this:

This is a test mail generated by the Fast and Secure Contact Form WordPress plugin.

in the options page it says this after I click “send test”:

Test Message Sent
Be sure to check your email to see if you received it.

It takes a WHILE though (like up to 20 minutes). I’ve tried other contact forms like contact form 7 and they kick off emails almost immediately. I’m trying to get yours up and running because I can’t get the redirect work around to work out for me with cf 7.

Looks to me that the theme you have does not allow the form to post properly maybe because it uses ajax to display the post content.

I can tell because if I leave the fields blank and click submit, then the form disappears. It should display messages that I did not fill in the required fields.

Test with the default theme and the form should work properly. If you want to use your theme you need to fix it, or use a different them altogether.
