[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] add contact form into wp-property

Hi there.
I’m trying to manually insert a contact form into pages displayed by WP-Property, a real estate plugin.
I pasted the code that appears in the FAQ in the plugin template file but nothing is displayed.
I don’t know if that would be possible, or if I’m just trying to reinvent the wheel here.
