[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Auto Fill Feature with no log in

I haven’t used Fast Secure Contact Form before. Does it have the ability out of the box to enable auto fill of certain fields, I designate, without the need to have visitors log in? We are currently using Contact Form 7 but have had no luck getting a developer to alter the plugin code so now I’m asking the Fast Secure Contact Form community if this is possible. Thanks.

• Auto Fill feature with no log in required-rather by clicking on a checkbox and using cookies to set auto fill on future web inquiries si what we want
• The website is Responsive FYI and the template has some cool features built in that I hope wont be affected by the manipulation of a web form plugin
• Keep web form editable so I can go in later and add/delete a form field.
• Email sent to biz owners needs to have URL or property name of the page the web form was sent.
