[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Background and font color of input for "Department to Contac

  • Hi Mike,
    I really like this plugin and have made some modifications already: changed background colors of input fields, captcha field, and the submit button to #272727. However, the background color for the first selection “Department to Contact” remains white. I would also like to change the font color to what is in the rest of my website instead of the black color for the options.
    Can you tell me where to go to make these changes? I’ve scoured the Contact Form Options page, but cannot find where I can make the changes.

  • In FS Contact’s “Extra Field box there is a space for “Input CSS”. You should be able to set your space’s background color there.

    Are you talking about the 4 Extra Fields in the section called Form: (form 1)? I did take extra field one, in the label area put “Department to contact” and then changed the background color in the field for “input CSS”. So for the extra field 1 I put info in the “label” and “input Css” boxes only. I did press Update options when I finished. Nothing changed, so is this the right place? If it is, what am I doing wrong? Is there another place I can make this change?

    Three-quarters of the way down the page is a setion entitled Style: (form 1).
    Within that is an option for ‘CSS style for contact drop down select on the contact form:’
    Try entering the required background colour in here.
