[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Branch?

I apologize if you have covered this already. Just started using WordPress.

This is probably 2 questions. Is there a way to have only say 10 questions show up on the page and based on the answer to the last question, a new page shows up? Somewhat a save and continue type feature. Can one form call another form?

I want to avoid the shock of presenting someone with 43 questions to answer all at once. There are also sections that could be different (shorter or longer) based on answers.

Thank you for such a flexible tool. It seems to have great ability, I’m just struggling to figure out the details.
