[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Can't get data to send to another form (i.e. Silent Remote?)

I’d like to take the data that is sent from ‘Fast & Secure Contact Form’ into the ‘Contact Form to DB’ plugin and also display it in another stand-alone page. I think from what I’ve read this is now possible with FSCF using the settings under ‘Silent Remote Sending’. So far though, I’m just not getting this to work… (caveat: I’m comfortable enough with html, css, php, etc.. but it’s been a while since I did this for a living, so admittedly I’m rusty).
The content form data is sent to the DB just fine, and I can get to it from there myself. But I’d like a page where the data can also be seen by select other users (maybe a password protectedpage), so I’ve been playing with the Silent Remote Sending settings to see if I can send the data to another pHp page I made. I made a page, filled in the URL, chose using ‘Post’. I had to read up on this again, but I made a simple page that I thought should get the sent variables and display them…but I’m getting nada.
Does anyone have a sample of a ‘receiving’ page they’d mind sharing with me? What would be perfect is a page that lays out the DB entries just about like they appear when viewed using the ‘Contact Form to DB’…or any similar DB display.

Last thing, it occurred to me that perhaps my stand-alone page needs to be placed somewhere specific. Can I place it anywhere in /wp-content and have it work, or does it need to be under the /plugins or /themes directory somewhere?
