[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Changing parameters of Captcha

I have played around with Captcha but am unable to customize the following options:

a) Change the number of characters displayed. It shows 4 characters every time no matter what setting I change.

b) Display and enforce the matching of upper/lower case letters.

Are either of these options possible with this Captcha?
