[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Date in footer is off by a few hours. General timezone set correc

At the footer, the “Date/Time:” display is off by 5 hours.

– WordPress timezone in “Settings/General” is set correctly.
– Server time is set correctly.
– Independent script with just echo date(..) displays correct time.

Any ideas?
