The way you attached the paragraph to the fieldset label will not work in both Firefox and IE. You have to do it another way.

This will work:
copy the paragraph you want from the LBA Waiver label, save it.
Delete the first fieldset box for LBA Waiver.
here is how: delete the label for LBA Waiver and change the fieldset(box-open) to ‘text’.
Change the fieldset(box-close) to ‘text’

Insert your lba waiver paragraph into the “HTML before form field 6” setting for the “I have read and I agree to the above waiver” extra field

That will fill one box

For the response.

What i am trying to do is include the Waiver Text in the
response email to the camp Admin. This is for legal purposes. And the only way I’ve discovered how to do this is to include the Waiver Text in the label field.

If i do it the way you suggested: the only info included in the email is: name, email and I agree with the above…, and a today’s date. No “above” Waiver text also included in the email.

It would be nice to have the Waiver text included so it shows what the signer is agreeing with.

It works (visually) in Firefox, but i have not tested it in Explorer.

Do you have another suggestion that i overlooked?

I cannot figure out a good way to do what you want unless you add the waiver paragraph to the text field label, instead of a fieldset label.
