[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] How to add post title to subject line

How can I add the post title or some other specific info to the subject line on a Fast Secure contact form? I want it to read like “Inquiry about ‘X'” with X being the specific title of the post.

It seems like this functionality was added to this plug-in at some point, but I can’t find any specific instructions for including it.
