[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] How to set up a Contact to Deparment

Hi.
On the Fast Secure WP screenshots I saw that is possible to create a Contact to Departement feature and select one department from there.
But in the settings I wasn’t able to know where I can set up this feature.
And the tutorial video haven’t any comment either.
Somebody knows how to do it?
