[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Worked yesterday, broke this morning

si-contact-form version 3.1.5.2

Yesterday eveything on this dev site worked fine, today O get the following message on every pagein the front end and back end.

I have re-installed wordpress, changed templates and deactivated all plugins. Whenever si-contact-form is activated this happens.

Any Ideas anyone??
