[Plugin: Faster Image Insert] Multiple image insert option in CFT (Custom Field Template)

In the FAQ for Faster Image Insert it says, “Conflicts with Custom Field Template plugin ?
One way to workaround this problem is to enable the multiple image insert option in CFT’s settings page.”

I’ve looked in CFT’s settings page and I see no option for “enable multiple image insert” or anything similar. Was this maybe a joke since right after that it says “If you don’t feel like hacking WP Core…” maybe meaning that there is no enable multiple image insert option?
Anyone successfully get these two plugins working together?
