[Plugin: Faster Image Insert] Select All please

All the checkboxes are left unchecked and the only button available is Insert Selected Images.
Now I have to go through and check 30 boxes. That’s not “faster”.
Can you please either add a Insert ALL Images button, or a Select All checkbox?
