[Plugin: FD Footnotes Plugin] resets footnote number

We have some student postings for a course that make use of the <!–nextpage–> quicktag to split a long post into multiple pages.
The downside is that the numbering for the FD Footnotes short code do not continue throughout the post then. For each paginated section, the numbering goes back to number 1.
