Plugin Features Broken After Updating to 2.0.9

    I recently updated the Ultimate Member plugin from v1.3.88 to v2.0.9 and was met with loads of problems and I had to take the site down.

    – Members directory now shows nothing even when I set it to display all user roles?
    – Can’t view any profiles, they redirect to the homepage?
    – When I try to logout I just get a blank white page?

    There are most likely more problems that I have yet to find. Can anyone help with these? There is obviously some new setting that I’m missing.

  • I’ve got the same problem. I spun up a local version of WordPress, installed Ultimate Member 2.0.9 and things work like they did on my “under development” site prior to the 2.0.9 upgrade. Please provide me with a list of what to remove so I can perform a “clean” installation of Ultimate Member.

    calumallison gave this same answer to another poster who had the same problem. It didn’t help me, but routed me back to this forum.

    I am at a loss what to do. I cannot get to my dashboard anymore!

    Ditto broken since 2.09 through .11 – custom fields not showing, new CSS of old UM css I can’t edit or find anymore that breaks visuals, basically a number of items killing the member section. Help!
