[Plugin: Feedback Tab] Tab not showing

I activated plugin, signed up for account at Monyta and inserted my ID in the plugin but still the tab does not show up – I am using WordPress 3.0.4 and suffusion theme. Have even tried inserting the javascript from Monyta within my footer manually but nothing shows up. You can see blog at https://trackhacker.com
