[Plugin: FeedWordPress] User role for adding feeds

How do I give someone with the Editor role permission to edit feeds? They were able to add a feed OK, but as soon as they click “Posts”, “Authors”, or other settings, they received the error:
“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.
