[Plugin: Flare] Add Share on Facebook

Thanks for fixing Google+!

This is a feature request: can you please add Share on Facebook? Now one can only Like a post, cannot share it with sharer and it is very important for some of us.

It is usually something easy, it pops a new browser window with https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=%5Burl-encoded-as-GET-parameter%5D
