[Plugin: FlexIDX Home Search] Where to get my Direct URL to your flexmls? IDX?

If you signed up for the IDX and they have activated it for you, then it should be under the Preferences=>IDX Manager.

It is difficult letting my client do everything so I took matters in my own hands… I login to his ARMLS and then login to his flexmls account and under preferences it shows nothing that says IDX Manager. However he is saying he signed up for IDX

Then I would recommend him to call the ARMLS support line.

Oh ok… just to be sure.. the same flexmls through the ARMLS can be used right?

Or does it have to derive from flexmls.com only?

I’m not following the question… isn’t every single realtor in Phoenix using the same flexmls which is on armls.flexmls.com ?

Yes… however when he logs into his flex account it shows everything as far as his dashboard but there is no IDX link under preferences. Would he have to create an account with flexmls.com in order to use that feature?

because he has a diverse solutions IDX also.. but there is no quick search function for that

First of all flexMLS IDX is an additional service that agents have to buy (I think it runs at about $240 a year). I automatically assumed that your agent already bought it. To get mine, I simply called the number on their site at flexmls.com – purchased the IDX over the phone and they activate the link in my dashboard. I didn’t have to register anywhere.

Oh ok I see… I presented him with that idea and he want the site up and running for now.. Do you know of a great way to add listings of his own on the site.. I have tried using featured listings but its confusing and doesnt come out right half the time unless I have to play around with some of the CSS code… I have it set up right now I did a test listing for him on “Our Listings” if you can check it out that be great and let me know…
