[Plugin: Flickr Gallery] Lightbox gallery not working

I know it’s been asked here, but there haven’t been any solutions that have worked for me. I’ve narrowed it down to the fact that it’s my theme that’s causing the lightbox not to work, and instead just go straight to the flickr page. The problem is I don’t know how or where to edit the theme to make it work.
One difference I noticed in the code from the theme that worked, and the theme that doesn’t is this line of code doesn’t exist in the one that doesn’t work:
<script type='text/javascript' src='https://www.gbproductions.asia/wordpress/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.6.1'></script>If this is the problem, how do I insert it into my current theme? And if this has nothing to do with it, what could it be?
Not very well educated in PHP coding, so as much explanation as possible would be appreciated.
