[Plugin: Flickr Gallery] more help w inserting tags

Okay- I think this plugin in gonna be perfect for me, but I could use a little more newbie help. I saw the different codes to put into my posts/pages, but am not sure how to specify a particular flickr set (album). For example, in the code below, what part do I replace and what am I looking for at my flickr page to substitute?

[flickr-gallery mode=”tag” tags=”foo” tag_mode=”all”] – Shows photos from your photostream with the specified tags (comma separated). If you leave off the tag_mode option, it defaults to “any”.

Great plugin, but wish it had more of the walk-thru that others (such as kpicasa) have.
