[Plugin: Flickr Mini Gallery] Flickr terms of service violated?

I just got an email from Flickr telling me that this plugin is violating their terms of service – is there any way to fix this? This is the message they sent:

“Do link back to Flickr when you post your Flickr content elsewhere. The Flickr service makes it possible to post content hosted on Flickr to outside web sites. However, pages on other web sites that display content hosted on flickr.com must provide a link from each photo or video back to its page on Flickr.”

The lightbox slideshow script you are using makes two errors:

1) It does not link back to Flickr
2) It links to static.flickr.com URLs. They should be linking to our individual farm servers. Relying on the old ‘static.flickr.com’ URLs increases our overhead in processing them. See our documentation on constructing URLs:
