[Plugin: Flutter] chmod Problem

    Hi,
    i work in my website in the localhost, and i use the Win OS XP, and XAMPP as server…so how can i skip this message cause windows dont chmod folders as in the linux and FTP:

    Flutter is not ready yet. The following folders must be writable (usually chmod 777 is neccesary):

    * C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\Lycee\wp-content\plugins\fresh-page\cache\
    * C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\Lycee\wp-content\plugins\fresh-page\modules\
