[Plugin: fold_page_list] removes page-item-# class in sandbox theme

I am using the fold_page_list plugin with the sandbox theme however it has removed the page-item-# dynamic class in the side bar. I think this is fixable with some php in the functions.php file but am not familiar enough with php to figure out what to change.
