[Plugin: Folder full of MP3s] Using PHP or Shortcode to add widget to page

I’m using the Folder Full of MP3s plugin on my sidebar but now I want it as part of the copy on my homepage instead. There’s not much for instructions so I’m wondering how I can do this using either PHP or Shortcode?
