[Plugin: Folder Menu Vertical] free or paid plugin?

hi,

your plugin is really great but i have 2 questions.

1) if i use the free version of your plugin you said that there is a link to your’s site. Where exactly is this link cause i install the free version and there is no link

2) your plugin can support 3 or greater level of menus (i mean submenu,submenu etc)?
