Plugin for a Subtle Popup (for Email List Subscription)

    On many sites, I have seen a relatively subtle pop-up box/layer that invites the user to subscribe to an email list. My goal is to encourage subscription, but I do not want to annoy people – i.e. – the site should not be faded/blocked by the pop-up, and I would like to be able to position the popup where I want.

    Any suggestions?
