Plugin for Advanced PDF Generator

Hi guys,

I am building a web app which take input from user and stores it into database. Then at the end it will have to show result on a great looking designed PDF file (as output). I want to know if there is any plugin that I can buy?

Also I need more control so that I can design my final output. I think I have to control design using a html/css template? But I am not sure.
