Plugin for affiliate marketing with downline mlm features, does it exist?

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a plugin for affiliate marketing with also downline mlm features, meaning that users can sponsor other users on the site. I don’t think anything like this exists, but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction or give some tips for existing plugins that could be used as a base to build something like this.

here is how it should work:

1. User signs up (wordpress account creation)
2. User fill in several fields for each existing affiliate program with his affiliate links
3. A custom url is created for the user (website.com/username)
4. When someone visits the user personal page, a cookie is installed in their browser
5. When the cookie is installed, all affiliate links on the website are automatically changed with the user affiliate links
6. User can also add a personal url parameter to any page of the website when sharing it (website.com/somepage?p=username)
7. When someone visits a page with the user url parameter, the same cookie is installed with the same behaviour as if the the user personal page was beig visited (thus, all affiliate links on the website are automatically changed with the user affiliate links)

Affiliate links on the website are inserted via shortcodes, which allow the plugin to check for the cookie in the visitor browser and show the affiliate link of the user whose cookie has been installed

Users can also sponsor other users: when the cookie is installed and the visitor register as a new user, his sponsor become the user whose cookie was being installed

If a user leaves one of the affiliate link fields empty, the plugin will show the affiliate link of his sponsor instead (if that is also empty, the plugin will show the affiliate link of the sponsor’s sponsor, and so on until it finds an affiliate link to show in the user upline)
