Plugin for automated email response for post taxonomy

Hi,

I’m trying to find a plugin that will generate an automatic response when a subscriber on my website sends a taxonomy post for revision and approval. The idea of the plugin is to send an email stating for example “your post has been received and is being verified for further approval” or something of that manner.

Any ideas what plugin might work for this?
