Plugin for categorizing blog posts to appear on a static page

Hi!

I was told there was some kind of plugin that would take specifically categorized posts and put them on a static page (in addition to just having the blog post appear on the blog itself, and categorized by topic)

We’d like to take our customer testimonials and have them appear on our site as a new blog post (in chronological format), as a categorized blog post (under our Testimonials category), and as content on our (static) testimonials page. We feel that having the testimonials is an important feature of the site, and that it warrants its own link on the menu bar.

I was told there is a plugin for this, but I can’t seem to find it.
