Plugin for comments, allows user to link to their posts?

  • The title mostly covers it – I’m looking for a plugin that will allow commenters to include a link to their lastest blog post, if they’re a WP user. I’ve seen it on The Bloggess site. Is this something available in a plugin, or is there some kind of setting or option I’m missing?
